Just two months ago an eighty-seven room apartment building in Khabarovsk was completed for the victims of the earthquake in South Sakhalin. However, the evacuees of the destroyed city of Neftegorsk cannot move into it. |

Объединению Дальспецстрой, которое вело строительство, денег за него не заплатили. Нет и обещанных правительством жилищных сертификатов для вынужденных переселенцев и беженцев. |

The Dalspetstroi Association that managed the construction has not been paid yet. Also, there are no residency permits, which the government had promised the immigrants and refugees who were forced to leave. |
