Стоит отметить, что введение госмонополии на алкоголь никоим образом не означает ни национализацию частных предприятий, которые его производят, ни введение монополии на торговлю. В нашей стране почти не осталось государственных магазинов. Все они частные. Но зато, будет введён жесточайший контроль за рынком алкогольной продукции. Каждое предприятие-производитель должно будет получить лицензию государства. А государственные органы будут контролировать качество и объёмы продукции. |

It's worth noting that the introduction of a state alcohol monopoly in no way means that private enterprises that produce alcohol will become nationalized or that a monopoly on trade will be introduced. Almost no state stores remain in our country. They are all privately owned. Nonetheless, very strict control over the alcohol production market will be introduced. Each enterprise-producer will have to obtain a commercial state license. And state agencies will control the quality and quantity of production. |

Вводятся акции с иномаркой для всего спиртного, а не только для импортного как сейчас. А для контроля будут использоваться фиксированные и минимальные розничные цены на водку и ликёро-водочные изделия с крепостью высше 28 градусов. Для отечественных спиртных напитков это 24.000 рублей за литр, для импортных 44.000. Так, что каждый из нас всегда будет знать, что поллитра отечественной водки дешевле 12.000 рублей -- это подделка. И всё это впереди. |

Foreign trademark stocks will be introduced for all alcoholic beverage products, not just for imported liquor as it is today. And а system will be employed to control the fixed and minimum-level market prices of vodka and vodka-liquor products containing an alcohol content of more than 28 percent. This means 24,000 rubles for a liter of domestic liquor products and 44,000 for imported ones. So we will all know that a half-liter bottle of domestic vodka that costs less than 12,000 rubles is moonshine. And all of this is yet to come. |
