Сегодня определилось более или менее точное местонахождение заложников в Чечне: 29 энергетиков, захваченных в Грозном и тех, кого Салман Радуев провёл через тройное кольцо окружения у села Первомайское. |

Today the more or less exact location of hostages in Chechnya was established. This includes 29 power plant workers who were taken hostage in Grozny and those whom Salman Raduev led through the treble ring near the village of Pervomaysk. |

Часть удерживаемых д удаевцами за ложников находится в районе посёлка Новогрозненский, куда завтра собирается выехать делегация Дагестана. Об этом сообщил ИТАР-ТАСС со ссылком на источник МВД в Махачкале. |

A portion of the hostages that are being held by Dudayev's rebels are located near the village of Novogroznensk, where a Dagestani delegation is planning on going tomorrow. ITAR-TASS reported this, citing a Ministry of Internal Affairs source in Makhachkala. |

It is assumed that the residents of Kizlyar and Pervomaysk captured by Raduyev's gang will be freed tomorrow. However, the relative information is highly contradictory. |

Так дудаевцы представили список 46 дагестанских заложников, которых они готовы отпустить, но только после передачи им всех трупов чеченских боевиков обнаруженных после боёв в Кизляре и Первомайском. |

Thus, Dudaev's rebels submitted a list of 46 Dagestani hostages whom they are prepared to release, but only after all the bodies of the Chechen rebels found after battles in Kizlyar and Pervomaysk have been returned to them. |

Переговоры об их освобождении ведут представители чеченского правительства и старейшины. Дудаевцы выдвигают неприемлемые условия их освобождения -- один заложник за трёх боевиков. |

The fate of the Novosibirsk OMON special forces militia members imprisoned at the brig in Pervomaysk and the 29 Russian power plant workers captured by the rebels in the vicinity of the Grozny Thermal Power Plant is much more complex. Representatives of the Chechen government and the elders council are negotiating their release. Dudayev's rebels are proposing unacceptable conditions for their release -- one hostage for three rebels. |

А в Грозном, тем временем , сохраняется напряжённость. Министр внутренних дел Чечни , Иналов , заявил, что сегодня неизвестные совершили нападение на заместителя мэра Грозного Кулаева, который был тяжело ранен. |

And meanwhile, tension remains in Grozny. Inalov, Chechen Minister of Internal Affairs, announced that today unidentified persons had attacked Kulaev, the deputy mayor of Grozny, who had been seriously wounded. |

За минувшие сутки в столице Чечни были также ранены три миллиционера. Это произошло в результате обстрела боевиками группы сотрудников ОМОНа в Старо-промысловском районе. По данным командования Федеральных сил других потерь не было. |

Over the past 24 hours, three policemen were also wounded in the capital of Chechnya. This occurred when rebels fired on a group of OMON special forces troops in the old market area. According to information from the federal forces command, there were no other losses. |
