Have You Selected the Appropriate Document Encoding?
  BULLET ITEM    You need to tell your browser what type of document you want to be looking at. Documents in native languages have a particular Document Encoding scheme. Your browser need to know that you want to view Cyrillic documents so that it will display them using the associated Cyrillic FONT.

  BULLET ITEM    You will need to make sure that this is selected when you want to switch the view from Western to non-Western documents.
